Suggestion: Allow us to change skins during the Loading Screen
I'm not sure if this would cause some issues with the loading process, but if not it would be really nice!

Then I could show off that I have some awesome skin cough championship Rivencough and not even use it in the game.
But that's part of what it has to load. If people keep changing all their skins, it could significantly increase loading times. People might even be able to troll by changing them often enough that the game would NEVER finish loading.
