Did playing 50 or so games againt bots make me worst?

On my other account I was kicking ass like dominating a lot of my matches but I was bronze V and though I did feel like I could eventually climb out I got discouraged massively because it took me half a season to climb to Bronze IV than the reset and got sent back to Bronze V even though I won 4 out of 5 of my placement matches, so I decided to say fuck this I'm just creating another account so I did boosted my way up to level 30 playing nothing but bots rushing through and I feel like I'm playing worse now because of it. I might be more tilted because I'm currently using tier 2 runes so I'm getting out traded a lot but it feels like my skill has diminished and everything that I learn and made mass improvements on it seems like I'm playing worst I don't get it. Could I have regressed that much from playing bots? Is it possible that I'm just so used to bots now that I forgot how regular players are playing. I just feel like I'm making a lot of the same mistakes I did when I first started playing. Now my confidence is real low in the game I don't want to take risks because I feel like everyone I'm playing against is significantly better than me. I feel like a wood player playing against plats which in some cases are true but not all of them. Is this just normals I know on my other account I was usually playing better in rank matches than I play in normals though that's mostly because in normals people didn't really give a fuck.....but not sure some insight would be nice.

You're probably used to the bots playstyle which is way different from a real players style of playing the game. (In most cases at least)

Bots play a lot differently than players. That and lower champion pool, lower tier runes........ Your stats are just not what you are used to. It takes a bit to get used to it and eventually you will. Keep on going and focus more on personal growth rather than winning.

Just keep playing, and play for real.

I don't know HOW you played vs bots. But bots can help you improve or you can just get bad habits. Bots are predictable most of the time. In bot games many MANY people ignore cs and just kill farm. In bot games many people don't care if they die.

If go into bot games and call mid, and focus on cs and 0 deaths, it can help. But if you go into a bot game, try to diver behind tower at level 1 (everyone does it), chase forever (everyone does it), ignore cs. Then of course you aren't learning any good skills.

Its kind of like exercising,

If you just play vs bots, its like doing the same workout continuously and that will create stress and eventually muscle regression.

Playing vs real players is obviously different because they're humans and no two humans are alike so you have to actually use your brain, the AI is obvious after you realize their algorithm. Especially if you played on beginner bots, not that the advance bots are different though.

so long as you aren't trolling and screwing around any type of lol play will give you better understanding of the game.

like i know bots gives me an unrealistic expectation of how big i can get or whos in kill range or not.

but playing against bots 1x per day in the morning for my guaranteed FWOTD helps me practice last hitting while dodging poke and practice new champion mechanics and learn their ability ranges.

I've been playing bots for far longer and it didn't negatively impact me. I'm still diamond last I checked.
