Smurf account should I play against bots or blind pick draft takes too long in ques

I have a boost for 20 wins should I just continue with playing intermediate bots win every game, or should I do blind pick lost my last 2, I'm level 17, what do you guys think? Opinions are nice against this is a smurf account.

I've made four level 30 accounts already. I've learned bots is (slightly) less experience but waaaay faster, zero queue times and guaranteed wins. I occasionally did ARAMs since they're the quickest of the main maps. Oh, and I threw in some Twisted Treeline's, because why not.
