Outstanding queu timers

I am currently in high diamond NA playing regularly in the morning up to the afternoon and queu timers of around 50 minutes including the countless neverending dodges and <<we failed to start your game>>??. This is getting pretty retarded to play a game every 2 hours because of this nonsense. Is Riot doing anything about this because yeah queu timers are around 6-7 minutes that looks healthy right? But if you take into account the dodges the queu is very far from healthy they are only moving the problem somewhere else and washing their hands. Currently 11h57 and been in queu since 11h04. Still not in a started game. I hope Riot is aware of this issue and try to help lower the impact of infinite dodge in high diamond thanks.
