permanently banned for trying to win is stupid. theres no toxicity problem as poeple can just mute if they feel like they are being harassed, i dont think anyone should get permanently banned for saying things to their teamates especially in high elo as every game is important and poeple fucking up needs to be notified of it by other players. i resquest that my account be unbanned i have been playing this game for 6 years and have an insane amount of games on it. A person playing only 10 to 100 games a week have less chances to be permanently banned but for me every single sentence i could say in ever single game counts towards the permanent ban this is stupid it is like the counter never resets until you hit the permaban wall because of one game where someone tilted you into oblivion...

FYI Having a negative attitude being verbally abusive is not a sign of maturity just the opposite actually.

The facts according to RIOTS rules are :

There is never any "context" or "justification" for responding to, reacting to any Intentional negative chat , action or play .

Also there is never any "context" or Justification to negativity commenting on something you simply don't like or what you consider "bad play" of any kind.

You have no criticize anyone at any time for any reason including in ranked at any level.

If there is a feeder or afk just ignore them and play as you would if everything was fine.

If you disagree and /or ignore these rules, continue to break them then you don't belong as a GUEST of Riot and your Privilege of playing in this game should be taken away permanently,

As for blaming your punishable speech or actions on other players - that is also inherently wrong

YOu control and are responsible for your own actions speech.

No matter what anyone does or says in game no matter how bad if you choose to respond to it in any way you rightly deserve to be punished as well.

If you don't like how random people, don't want the "risk" of someone intentionally trying to disrupt the game ( intentional feeders afk verbal abusive leaverbuster avoiders) play then it's up to you not to join a random que ,

The counter does eventually reset, but it takes between 3 and 6 months of good behavior to do so.
