Need some help plz!

Hey guys I've been trying to climb out of silver since last season. I got to silver 1 before reset and was placed in silver 5 after placements this season. I can't for the life of me figure out what to do in order to climb to gold. I could really use some help from some of you experienced players. If some of you would be willing to play some games with me or spectate some of my games and give me pointers I'd really appreciate it!
