Is riot's balance team doing poorly, or are they weeding out players who do not fit their target demographic? We assume that the balance team is a group of apes picking each others asses, but what if they are given a demographic that is most profitable and are able to do anything and everything to keep only that demographic?

We assume that the balance team is full of people too stupid to flip a burger let alone write complex software filled with data structures, algorithms, and well built and clean design patterns. This is because everything they have released lately feels like a personal attack on the things we love and hold dear. They honestly could be planning on downgrading how many servers they require while retaining only the people that are foolish enough to still spend money on this game.
