You know why they didn't nerf Vayne before hand? CAUSE THEY DIDN'T THINK PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY GET THIS ON VAYNE.
You either lost to a jungle Vayne or an adc Vayne that built devourer and somehow managed to stack it. Neither of those possibilities make you look very good.
Unless Vayne was actually jungling, it would take her a long time to get a decent amount of stacks. Vayne has one of the slowest clear times among adc's, so pressure other lanes while she's afk farming.
