Please add a trickster glass effect outside of BMB

It is by far the most interesting item introduced. I would love an item like that, even if you have to tweak it a little bit.

I've been pulling for a changeling style champ for the longest time (gee, I wonder why) Trickster glass is amazing, and Riot would be absolutely blind to not seize this.

Part of me wonders if that was the point of BMB was to introduce new concepts for champs.
