Legit question: why do I get +18 - 20 LP with 52% winrate (long and short term)

So I have been platinum since s4, used to play on OCE server. Transferred back to EUW, where I played in season 3 and was silver back then. My elo and MMR got reset to where it was (I got placed Bronze 4).

I climbed back to Gold 2 where I am now.

I have 52% winrate overall in solo ranked, and also about 56% winrate in the past 20 games, and probably about 55% or in in past 50 games.

I get + 18 LP when I win a game, - 20 LP when I lose one (set net - 2 LP if I do 50%).

I'm legit asking: why?

I thought the algorithm gave you positive net LP gain at 50% winrate, or at least 0? why do I have -2?

System believes you are ranked too high for your MMR (Probably coming from short-term high winrates ranking you up heavily while your MMR didn't rank up that fast because reasons no one can tell)
