(LOCKED) arcade icon never received

It can take up to 24 hours to receive quest rewards.

Same for me. it says i got the new level icon from the first quest but i don't have it in my icon inventory. i did complete it at the same time i got it beacuse i was already ingame when i won. maybe that's what it glitched???? Or maybe it's just a delay

Same issue, completed kayn quest got it at the same time but no icon to be found for the new event while I just got the icon for kayn

I would recommend submitting a support ticket and asking player support to look into the issue for you. I understand you're upset, but there are ways to fix the problem and I have provided one of the most effective ones. With that said, I am locking this thread since the question has been answered.
