the problem with Volibear is his kit... if you he has to tools to reach you... he is unstoppable because his massive bite damage while building full tank.

but without the tools to reach he never becomes a threat.

until riot reworks him so he has to build DAMAGE to win a fight. they cant afford to let him be viable.. this puts him in the same spot as Azir. if they buff him he becomes absolutely broken. because the flaw is in the KIT.

thus they both need a "rework"

there IS no lategame... over half the game are decided before 15 min. the other half are over in 30 min.
