Can Rumble's ult get an upgrade?

As a Rumble main for nearly 3 years, I've had to stop playing him because he has fallen behind the juggernauts by so far. His ult isn't even as rewarding as Corki's package in the amount of damage and CC. Even if he goes 2/0 versus a Darius/Fiora/Riven top lane his level 6 compared to their level 6 is completely garbage. It will do about 200 damage max due to their dashes and simply just walking out of it. Either up the damage (initial damage) or up the CC but please do something to Rumble's ult.

The deathfire touch buff and liandry combined makes Rumble a threat but when level 6 comes around his solo lead and kill potential disappears in any 1 v 1 situation. As a top laner, you play 1 v 1 for about the first 15 minutes too. It's not a good feeling when your ult does less than the enemy corki's package and they are basically the same move, minus the knock away.

--Even in mid/late game his ult is negligible. Level 11 it'll do about 350 damage to champs hit and lvl 16 it'll do about 500 damage. Corki's package does 500 at lvl 11 and hits up to 1000 at lvl 16.
