If you have seen the Pop/Star music video, don't you think it would've been cool for riot to add the neon affect to the skins. Similar to how Kai' sa can toggle her helmet, you could toggle the neon affect to the skins.

Im so disappointed, they could bring skins like Arcade or Project. They bring out these k-pop skins. I mean seriously, why would you do that. There are so many cool skin-series like chamoionship, Bloodmoon and much more.
