I can't play ranked

Im lvl 30 and this morning i tried ranked and its not opening, it didnt say the ranked servers are down :/

When did you hit 30 and how many champs do you have?

There are a few requirements for playing ranked (two I can think of, probably more): 1.) ~15 champs owned. 2.) No ranked ban. These are different from normal bans, they only restrict ranked play. You may have got one while playing normal games, and since it didn't affect you are only finding out right now.

You need to own 16+ champs before you can play ranked.

Never mind, i can play ranked, i have 24 champs, i figured out that the ranked servers were wtill not online yet XD according to the forums XD
