Mordekaiser: How are We Today?

I feel like ol Mordy hasn't seen much of the light-of-day :/

I love his concept, and his shield sounds like it can be great for the laning phase! I just don't know about how you would play him though. Like, can he be viable against common Top laners like etc?

I looked around at various areas trying to find a build that people could agree on to test him out, but not much success has appeared on a "good" build for mordy. Anyone think Mordekaiser is still viable for Ranked play?

I don't know, maybe I just want to have fun getting a mountain drake ghost or something.....
