Can you make undo button last till minions spawn. When minions spawn or if u die before that then you will lose undo option like normally u would when leaving base. Many times jungle players buy wrong item when starting and they see it too late but they cant sell it and buy it again. (english not my native)

I think it has to do with a string command Where buying the items is considered an event, for items like 
to be on cooldown for the duration of your death. Though originated from the revive summoner spell. Respawning the string doesn't check for previous purchases and so it over writes. Possibly because if you do die with you can only cast it where your body is. So you really aren't in the fountain when you die your teleported there from where you died on the map.
That's just my guess how it works. It should be fixable, but I'm sure there they've known and have tried.
