[IDEA] Punishments for banning teammates champ INTENTIONALLY!

Add a counter to count how many times someone banned teammates champion, if it happened 5 or 10 times give him 20min lower priority queue on one game. Also every 2 days remove one ban from list(like a mastery/challanger banked games decay)...

game 1: I said in chat: Can i mid please 1.2m katarina main, if not i will go kata top Mid laner: Chill you can go mid Me: thanks Jungler: let me see now what 1.2m kata main will do without katarian jungler bans kat

game 2: I said in caht:Can i mid please 1.2m katarina main, if not i will go kata top Mid laner: no Me: ok for fast answer, appriciate it I changed my spells and masteries and runes for kat top mid laner bans kat

This should not be punished?

No. If I don't want a certain champion in game, I have the option to ban that champion.

If I don't want to play with or against a certain champ, I will ban it, MOST ESPECIALLY week 1 of new champion rework or release.

No? Like a few days ago it would have gone like this. Last pick is hovering Galio so now I cant ban him. Enemies first pick him. Great system.

If I don't want people playing Master Yi ADC then I don't want them playing Master Yi ADC... So I ban it.
