Channeling my inner Rodgers...preseason is basicly a open beta. RELAX. Things are wonky and they will be ironed out before the beginning of season 5. Not the first time sweeping changes have come and upset the valance of the game...won't be the last.

One thing it will be, is dealt with in a timely manner of semi weekly patches once riot has a good handle on what they are dealing with. Rushing changes be for that will only cause more issues.
