Just something I woke up and felt like sharing.

I watched another video this morning about how league has changed through the years and a topic came up about old champions and their reworks. I really did vibe with what they said. I really miss the old Poppy. I won't look down on RIOT for what they did with her because even I will admit the visual update looks amazing everything about her character just look and feels smoother/better. Her voice is also full of personality and I love that about her now. Though! I really do not agree/like the new role she has been pushed in to. It works it really does! She does her job well, But it just isn't the Poppy I played and loved. The Poppy I played was a pick that no one actually expected. I remember playing AP Poppy jg and carrying game after game with her insane damage potential. One shotting unsuspecting opponents was what made her so fun to play. No only AP but AD worked just as well. Even tank to a certain extent? She had so many options one what you wanted to do with her and it feels like all that has gone with the rework. I know this won't have any affect in the long run but I just really wanted to come out and say this because it's something that still holds a place in my memories with League and why I loved it so much. Poppy to this day is on my third highest mastery champions but majority of those points are because of the old Poppy. I try and try to play the new one every time the opportunity presents itself but I can never get the same feel out of her. Feelings this has only made me wonder how other mains of champions felt after their champion got reworked. Of course I play new champions now but I still wish every time I see Poppy that I would someday get the chance to play the old kit again just with the new VU. Poppy item 3070
