Guys i feel sick from that when shacos Q cant scales AD or AP its only just invisible :)) wow to be honest iam playing now and i cant do any damage to adc :D so plz i want onmly this... SCALING AD or AP ON SHACO Q thx

I might disagree with that notion. Even though he has two different stats. They play to very different playstyles, Which don't lean to make hybrid builds all that useful. QED, he gets away with hybrid scaling, because he never builds hybrid.
Though if you did have to chose between the two. Probably the AD scaling, as his AP build doesn't especially lean heavily on it. (It's possible Rito wanted AP shaco to not neglect that ability, or lean too heavily on the rest of his kit. )
Well, if they are competent as a company we would see propriate solution for Shaco's kit but they are all about linning their pockets with skins
Or remove all of Q's ratios, since the way it is now it does less than a basic attack so you lose damage
