Why are Taliyah and Syndra and Leblanc getting nerfed?
They are all balanced champs, leblanc and syndra are at low win rates, and they haven't broken the LCS meta

All the nerfs are baby love taps that dont change much. Knocking 30 base dmg off syndra max rank ult means nothing. Leblanc is prolly getting nerfed to lower her playrate before she gets reworked anyway. Taliyah's change is small but i dont get it. I would understand if they nerfed her early game mana cost, but nerfing the max rank costs when shed have mana regen by that point anyway is kinda weird. Either way tho it doesnt hurt her too much.
Because they are like Ryze they're OP in pro play so they have to be kept a little weak even though they aren't that strong in solo q
My 3 champs I play at mid - sigh....say it ain't so...
And my support Brand is getting a small buff - which is ironically also bad news for me. (It'll be harder for me to get him to play on botlane because the mids will be taking him away from me. :| ) Ah well...
CS is a pretty big deal so the LB nerf makes sense from a competitive point of view. the Taliyah one is pretty harsh but she has too strong of wave clear, burst and roaming so hitting her primary ability so she can't just spam it is fair. The Syndra nerf is what again?
These champions were pretty strong in the LCS meta and with some knocks we will likely see some other champions make it.
