Buff Kha'Zix

I think he needs a buff because of the trinkets, everyone has a free counter to his first skill.

Kha'zix has stealth with his ultimate, so that makes him fine apparently. That's how most players view it, anyways, and it's quite entertaining. It also explains why a lot of players think that Evelyn doesn't need any help.
