HE'S SO TERRIBLE RIGHT NOW. HALF OF HIS ABILITES HAVE AP SCALINGS, AND ONLY 1 OF THEM HAS AD SCALINGS BUT DOES ABOSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE. HE NEEDS A MAJOR BUFF. HIS AUTO-ATTACKS ALSO ARE WEAK AF. I COULD GET 12 BLOODTHIRSTERS AND HE WOULD STILL BE TRASH, BUFF HIM.
JAGMAG1 votesIdk about that maybe your just bad? I find he's a very strong lane bully and great team fighter he suffers against tanks but he has to have some weakness just don't pick him against a tanky team
Zero De Nosh1 votesI think he isn't good, seems to be a lot of people that think so. To many champs can do what he does, but better. Kalista is basically Luc 2.0 which is why i don't think he has been buffed. You wanna bully lane with Luc Q, kalista has longer range, you wanna use W to see in bushes, lista has ghost, you want to use Luc E for high mobility? Lista does that every AA. Its hard to even call Luc a high mobilty champ since Quinn is all about movement and repositioning, and vayne can tumble ever what like 3-4 secs at rank 5? For a short range burster he doesn't even have good hp, or ar scaling to compensate for his poor ability to trade, and i mean it is VERY poor. Late game he just to hard to manage, to many other ADC can just hang back, and clean up with ease. Luc is still constantly trying reposition, trying to rotate his skills that do little to no damage late game, even when i watch diamond player use him (well at that) its still close calls. I feel like (again IMO), that where other ADCs destory, Luc just simple take apart.
