Can RIOT please look into this. I feel so starved for mana in the jungle, the sustain off the jungle item isn't enough and needs to be increased or tweaked in some manner I think. Or give smite a mana recoup across all items, I don't know...

blackcat13001 votesThen you are sitting on smight till you are low on mana at your first blue camp. This means your smight will be on cool down longer then if you had used it at the star of the game to clear blue.
This is why you are starved for mana.
