Please do something about smurfs

I cannot stand these players anymore, they are arrogant and EXTREMELY toxic. These players cause imbalance in ranks and their heads are SOO far up their asses they can't admit when they are messing up and if you point it out they trash talk you because their main is a higher rank You are D2 but in a g1 game and losing to a g4 and then bitching and calling us trash for you losing saying we wont climb, I'm fed up with them in my games.
