people are complaining she needs to be nerfed already...
am i missing something that makes her super over powered?

It means she does 110% dmg on her 100% crits and this damage scales with crit chance so at 100% she gets 210% dmg on crit whereas a crit on any other champ deals flat 200% dmg on crit
Combine it with the AS steroid and the extra flurry damage from her Q and her basic attacks really start hurting from just a single IE. I say it brings some necessary life to Ashe's power scaling, but when you match it with a passive slow that can potentially go up to 55%, she starts looking pretty scary.
