Will the bug that has ranked down cause problems during the LCS?

It's hard to accident trigger it, and they'd face punishment if they intentionally did. So no, I don't think it will show up.
It probably won't. It's an exploit. LCS players would get in too much trouble.
As others have said, even if they play LCS games with the bug still existing, if an LCS player does try to exploit it they will face one of three things 1) very long suspension from the competitive scene 2) A fine 3) Expulsion from competitive play
