The Problem With Ekko

The problem with Ekko is actually his ultimate. He can keep tower diving or dueling without any real risk because his ultimate removes the risk. I understand that when Riot released Ekko, they wanted Ekko's ultimate to be a core part of his damage. But thats not the case with Ekko. AP Ekko has enough damage on his basic abilities and passive to kill squishys without using his ult, and tank Ekko can wear you down and kill you with his ult used as a "Oh, I fucked up! Redo!" kind of tool.

Perhaps they should change his ultimate so it is easier to hit and maybe does more damage so you have an incentive to hit his ultimate and then nerf some other aspects of his kit.
