What if people were allowed to trade pick positions be4 banning phase?
Like first pick can trade spots with last pick so last pick gets to pick first.

counter picking is part of the over all strategy of the game
Then lobbies would be longer
Just have every champion and offer to trade or communicate with the chat box or something.
