Kleptomancy in a nutshell

The rune for champions that don't need a rune at all.

I mean it obviously has its uses but like...it is just free gold for small tiny poke. The biggest klepto users are Ezreal and Kayle right? Makes sense, because they don't NEED any rune, they just need items. Is that not weird to anyone else, or am I just stupid? Feel free to say what you might think about Klepto, or even the other Inspiration runes.
