Nocturne's ultimate was nerfed so heavily he is unplayable its range is too short to do anything in other lanes for example if you're ganking top but mid needs some assistance with outer or inner turret it will take you too long to get from top to mid to do anything useful also i feel he is too weak early game and late game, his initiation is too risky and he has no disengage.

No, but seriously. Nocturne has an excellent ultimate. It can be devastating when used right, can save entire teams.
Just learn to use it and him.
