Why does riot have people that you report on your team. You reported them for a reason but they still some how got on your team. This doesn't make any scene since you literally reported them for something that they did in your game that you did not like. They should really put something in so this doesn't happen.

You think reporting someone means they get instantly banned (probably for no reason, given your attitude)?
After you play with reported players, wait 3 mins before launching another game and you won't play with the same players again.
There's only so many people in-game... after awhile you'd like having all of them blocked and it'd be 99.99% of players and there'd be hardly anyone left for you to play with.
I do agree they should add a 'block list' which allows you to block up to 10-15 people so you can never play with them again. There's probably only 10 or less players that I've played with that I would 'never' want to play with again, so 10-15 seems decent. This should only block them from being on your team, and the block list should be temporary, such as removing the player from your block list after 15 day to a month.
