Profile not opening/Sej bug

There is an issue going on for a long time now I don't know if it is only me or has this been happening to other people, but it is getting quite annoying that when ever i want to check my profile is some time works and the other time you spam the profile button and nothing happens. I know that you can log out and back in, but who wants to do that just to check their match history. Please fix this issue riot and the sound of Sej just constantly going off even when she is dead.
