Playing nasus and teammates

Ok, so first off. When I play top, I usually never ever get a gank even when I ask until I lose my tower, but for some reason when I play nasus.....my jungled always feels the need to come top right away even when I tell them right before the game starts to not come top or ping them off. Like every single person knows nasus' priority is stacking>kills for at least the first 15-20minutes which are the most important. Without them he does no real damage, so why do people feel the need to constantly come top, then roam top some more dragging more people on the other team to come top and you find your self with constant fights in your lane and no peace causing you to fall behind. Or other times when you're behind and trying to build up your damage, but your team continuously moan about grouping. Nasus takes towers extremely fast with stacks and triforce. So if you are given a a few seconds of time to rush towers while the enemy team is preoccupied with yours then you can take it easily. Or if you rush and push hard enough you drag 2-3 or even 4 people top giving your team a free opportunity to take an objective and or tower. But instead they either roam top to fight or just sit back slowly farming. Usually when I have my team corporate, we win easily. But a lot of the time due to being solo Q people don't listen. They tend to thing grouping is always the solution even if you lose every fight when you do group. I took 3 towers (the three is top lane ofc) in a row while we lost 1 fight and 1 tower, but instead I get yelled at for not grouping. Because my team decided to jump at them fighting instead of defending. I know because I was watching them down there. I forced their team to back. After that I couldn't handle their complaints so I grouped and fought with them. Ended up, we lost 3 fights in a row despite me tanking the ults and damage, taking out their adc and so on. But I get blamed cause I didn't tp bot since I was behind and trying to catch up in stacks.

Sorry for the little rant, but the main reason I made this is because I wanna see people's opinion on things. Why do people do this? Like force grouping when you lose. Forcing fights when you lose. Gank when you ask to not get one or ping them back. People thinking kills>stacks is better for nasus, etc

So here's the thing. you should group if your team is grouping and you can't split safely without dying yourself. If you are contest dragon, baron or towers be there. Your power at destroying objectives is among the best in all of league. Your team can peel them while you destroy the objective. Splitting is only smart if your TP is up as well. I am talking mid late game not early. TP should only be used to get back to your lane early game and later it should be saved for fights if you are splitting or if you need to defend a tower quickly from the enemy team split push.

The ganking part is a matter of decision making and clarity. If you have a a strong carry jungler at level 3 when they are coming top like Kha, Lee, J4, Xin and you are pretty healthy and the enemy has pushed you into tower then with wither you most likely will have a kill or assist with their help. Especially if your enemy lane has no escape outside of flash. I usually ask they wait at least until I am level 4 before they gank but I've got some first bloods and snowballed from a good gank earlier. It's just about good decision making. If you are low on health or mana then ofc tell them no and make it clear you are not coming to help. This usually deters them from jumping in and they rotate elsewhere.

Nasus requires a high level of map awareness to play well. Much more than people give him credit for. Smart teams will recognize this and allow you to split when needed but expect you to come and secure objectives with them when needed.
