Yes, adcs are suppose to do a lot of damage, and be one of the main source of damage. but even with 400+ armor and 3,657 hp, yet getting destroyed by adcs? there was a quinn top once, she built some lethality and pen. end game, killed me in 2 seconds alone. with massive defensive items to ads
Randuins, Ninja tabi, frozen heart, thronmail, guardian angels, tri force. this was my build. Quinn had: Bork, ghost blade, Edge of the night, Shiv, Infinity edge, and Mortal reminder. Literally would E>auto, shiv proc+bonus damage+crit made me lose over half hp in 1 go, then Q auto and i died. 2.5seconds and i died. i mean, i wont that game, but i had no idea what to do against her. couldnt tank any of her damage what so ever.
I doubt a QUINN is killing tanks in 2 seconds. Calling bs right here, right now considering she's one of the worst adcs vs tanks.

If Quinn is bursting tanks down in 2 seconds then we would see her either banned or played in proplay.

If you see the enemies build %pen, then build more hp. Try to get at least 4.5k hp. 5k hp and 200 armor is much more tankier than 3.5k hp and 350 armor.
Did she have LDR? If so then it's working.
Yeah, by friggin end game Quinn SHOULD be able to kill you, as you had literally all game before that point to smash her squishy face in. Unless she gets fed early, she generally has no presence, especially in teamfights, until she reaches 3-4 items. If she didn't secure an early lead, your team definitely made some mistakes which allowed her to stay relevant.
