Question about Dominion Channel Animations since it being removed

So out of curiosity, does anyone one know what will happen to these?

I'm asking more for the fact that Skarner's passive actually makes use of them. Will Riot be removing them altogether or will they stay for that expressed purpose? Since well it is on a different map so I can see there being a lesser conflict with code but I'm not an expert that is just an assumption.

Or (while I find this HIGHLY unlikely) will the channel animation be gone?

(Also if this is the wrong place please point me in the right direction to post this)

No. They will stay as they are used when interacting with Skarner zones, Rek'Sai tunnels, and Thresh lantern. And likely future champion abilities

Well they already have them for 120+ champions, and at the rate of like 8 champs a year you might as well give them one for consistency just in case u need em later.
