I was looking though what was posted on the PBE for Shen and I was wondering if Shen's new E will retain the reduce damage part of it. I mean that when he taunts a person will he still take reduce damage? I remember that that was a recent fix to his E and I was wondering if this would carry over.
Personally I think it would be weird to fix it and then remove it so soon but that is just how I feel about it.
I don't believe it does anymore, but he's intended to use his W to avoid the damage outright. It's a little bit strange I agree, but it fits with his current kit to not have the damage reduction.
Maybe one of you guys know, but will his E return energy based on how many champs he hits? Or is it based on how many points in his E? Because from one of the pics it shows 30 as a white number so I assume it changes? But by what though? Also, when is he leaving the PBE and hitting the live servers? On 6.2?
