Why is Lulu being buffed?
Nothing makes me want to cut my dick off more than laning against Lulu. Honestly I'd rather face Zed, Fizz, Leblanc with her old silence, Ekko and Fiora all at once as an immobile mage over Lulu.

Do you people even read PBE notes before complaining? I saw at least 3 posts complaining about these "buffs".
It's not a buff. It's a heavy nerf to solo Lulu. Her harras is down by 30% in most situations. Her waveclear is worse at every point of the game even with heavy AP. Compensation buffs are aimed at support Lulu; attack speed on W means nothing to solo Lulu as using it on herself is always a suboptimal offensive choice compared to using it on an enemy. And while increased slow at early levels is nice, it does not compensate for damage loss - 30% is huge, and it increased with levels earlier anyways, meaning that at level 9 it has -30% damage and +0% slow duration.
Presumably because she's an extremely weak champion and has been for a long time

I second this. People complain about assassins and high damage.
NOTHING IS MORE TILTING THAN OVERTUNED HIGH UTILITY SUPPORT/MAGES MAKING YOUR LIFE COMPLETE HELL.

Me too, these buffs are spicy as fuck though.
I'm honestly surprised by the buffs, I thought she was already doing quite well in competitive play.
I third this. I guess Riot really wants to see her played again in LCS. Although IMO she's an extremely boring champion to watch someone else play.
