GP's abilities are tuned too high, his barrels are ridiculous with the ratios, his ult deletes people no matter how much hp they have. His ratios and cd's are too high, do something pls. Thanks!

- Gp is still being closely watched by riot
- His barrels are not guaranteed damage which makes them much worse
- It's not his ratio on barrel that is broken, it's the amount of armor pen it has
- Although his ult did get buffed, like REALLY buffed, it doesn't delete people. It's fairly easy to escape bar cc from another champion and as long as you don't get hit by the true damage middle part you will escape taking minimal damage
- Ending a ritoplsnerf post with 'Thanks!' makes you look like a doucheface, especially when your main point (ratios) is just wrong
