Most Strategic Champion In League

I'm looking for a champion that is more strategic in nature rather than reactive. What I mean by that is that he/she should require game awareness, planning, and tactics rather than good reflexes or micromanagement.

Zyra is one I think. She is my main and she takes a ton of awareness, placement, and skill to use her kit to the fullest extent. I play her mid and support and I tend to do very well. She is a very underrated mid laner mainly because she is a great support but also because of her low mobility. She definitely takes focus and timing to do well. Knowing when to use her moves in lane and when to sprout plants and where to sprout them is a huge difficulty to master and takes some skill to figure out when is a good time to engage and disengage. I love her as a champion, one of the best ways to represent a plant mage.
