Most Strategic Champ In League

I'm looking for a champion that is more strategic in nature rather than reactive. What I mean by that is that he/she should require game awareness, planning, and tactics rather than good reflexes or micromanagement.

Twisted fate needs map awareness, and if you want strategy I mean most champions have a need for planning and all that but jungling probably uses it the most and support players can go around and ward and look at the map easy as well. So you can pick blitz buy some wards run top and mid and try and get kills. You can go top lane and try and actively use your TP to go bot lane and turn fights around. It would probably take some practice and good map awareness but the msot annoying thing for a bot laner is when your destroying the enemy lane then you get camped by the enemy jungler then roamed by the enemy mid laner and when you think your safe you all-in and get TP-ed on and get double killed. Then the enemy gets a free dragon and then can possibly take a turret or something.

In my personal opinion is TwistedFate and XinZhao .

Tf needs tons of map awareness, has a high skill cap and has a hit and run style and is very squishy.

Xin Zhao because he has very many jungle routes and can fill multiple roles (ganking jungler, counter jungler, and farming jungler) while not being too cheesy compared to Vi or Lee Sin, and doesn't have an escape mechanism. You can build him as a backline deleter or as a tank, he just has a large amount of option unalike other junglers

I also need to add Taric and Galio

They are extremely strategically niche champions and I thoroughly enjoy them both. Taric top i think is an amazing counterpick to any top laner bruiser while being a support.

Heimerdinger Is the champion that plan before going ham, because you have to set up your turret and keep stocks of them soo they don`t get one shot late game. Good turret position can win you teamfight.

Setting up turret in bush to gains vision,set them up for objective, defend base with turrets, punish champion that tower dive you, set up ambush and more.
