She is supposed to be a duelist, strong on lane, weak in 5v5s. Too bad 5v5s is how every game is decided now, thats why Darius and Fiora can be opressive on lane and still avoid nerfs

She has 2 problems: too much utility for being a hyperscaling adc, and can't trade with her without giving her free stats. Either nerf her utility(Q must be casted on enemies, nerfed hitbox on W, E only works on allies, R shield is only applied if her damage part hit someone) or her scaling(removed the "attacking the damaged enemy deals %hp damage and gives a stack", range is no longer increased) and she will be fine

Nah, 50% of Syndra's power is her E(and QE). Her ult deals as much damage as 3 ADC autos, nothing special.
