Any in depth guides to ganking in the current jungle?

So I find that I'm a pretty terrible jungler right now. I just notice I can never seem to gank right, I ALWAYS seem to screw it up somehow. I just can never seem to gank, even when there's no wards the second I come out of the bush the mid laner just walks to the side and loops around bot after throwing an ability. The Top laner is almost always warded and neigh impossible to catch off gaurd, and typically bot lane has a Vayne or Jinx that just uses her peel ability and walks away.

I've tried a lot of different junglers recently (Rengar and poppy recently) and still can just never pull off a successfull gank. They always go south, they always just walk away, they always magically know I'm there even though I know for dang sure they have no wards because I have sweeper and the raptor buff!__

I just want to find out how I can actually make myself useful as a jungler instead of feeding like I always seem to do.

TL:DR - Does anyone have any good ganking guides I can read to help me not be terrible.

Be patient when you gank, don't just reveal yourself when you get to a lane. Wait until the enemy engages or your teammates engage or the enemy uses their escape move, like lucian dashing to the side to avoid harass.
