ARAM Bans for the casuals of 2018

Real simple, everyone gets a ban before the champs are rolled. Free Week Champions cannot be banned. Slightly less simple, players can ban champions for themselves based on how many champions they have unlocked. (i.e. Every X champions unlocked let's you ban one from your ARAM rolls, unless it is that champions free week.)

Personally I'd prefer if both were implemented because at the moment you're at a pretty rough disadvantage compared to people that make ARAM specific accounts and only buy the absolutely broken tier champions like Lux, Miss Fortune, Veigar, etc.

Yes it's obviously a much more casual game mode, but that's all the more reason why there shouldn't be the ability to put that much time and effort into gaining such an unfair advantage.
