ARAM Bans for the casuals of 2018

Real simple, everyone gets a ban before the champs are rolled. Free Week Champions cannot be banned. Slightly less simple, players can ban champions for themselves based on how many champions they have unlocked. (i.e. Every X champions unlocked let's you ban one from your ARAM rolls, unless it is that champions free week.)

Personally I'd prefer if both were implemented because at the moment you're at a pretty rough disadvantage compared to people that make ARAM specific accounts and only buy the absolutely broken tier champions like Lux, Miss Fortune, Veigar, etc.

Yes it's obviously a much more casual game mode, but that's all the more reason why there shouldn't be the ability to put that much time and effort into gaining such an unfair advantage.

Even easier would be just make every champ unlocked in aram making aram accounts null.

I think that is the answer. Or, have something in the ARAM rolls that gives a point value to each champ and every team has to roll a certain points worth compared to the team they are matched with. That way if one team has an awful ARAM champ then, they have a good one to balance it. It is always fun when you end up with a low dam supp team verse a well balanced team and when you reroll to get better blance it rolls into even worse....

Ive thought of the point thing before and my biggest hurdle to the idea was how to keep rerolls. If they went with it id assume that youd have to get an equal champ to maintain team points making rerolls feel less useful. If i know ima get another shit champ why should i reroll.

I don't mind crap champions if my team is balanced with the other team. The rerolls are still valuable to get champs that you can play better. There are some strong champs I reroll, because I am not as good with them, or they are not fun for me.
