I want ip back for my runes

I've been inactive for the past few years, but coming back to league I've learnt about this new rune system, where you are just given runes to use. Where are the runes I paid thousands upon thousands of ip for?? I had some limited edition runes that I used simply for their novelty. I want reimbursement so I can pay for champions I could've bought instead of runes.

There was some, as well as a special reward for those who had those limited edition runes.

You may need to complete a match first, and then open stuff in your loot in order to collect it all.
