Co-op vs Ais

I am a big fan of this game mode, although I don't play it often. There is an idea in which there should be a game mode where the Ai's should have an early advantage to prevent player snowballing in the game, such as letting them start off with 1k gold instead of 475. I want to hear other's opinions on the matter.
