Can we give Twitch's passive the cinderhulk treatment please?

I understand Twitch really isn't loved on the boards from a gameplay perspective and I totally get that. But regardless I just thought that his passive should not kill large monsters and just leave them with 1 hp. Honestly its kind of frustrating when the jungler doesn't monitor it and you accidently steal it when you didn't mean to at all! It gets even more frustrating at the elo I'm in where people get slightly heated over Twitch receiving their buff.
