has been one the weakest ADC since 8.11 (on the same level as 
to give you an idea).
We (almost) all thought that the ER "revert" was going to bring her back. Well, no it didn't, at all. She's kept that lovely 46-47% wr that screams OP.
Pls buff her, that 5 AD on ER is going to do next to nothing.
Nerfing the ADCs that are doing too well would be a better idea. Xayah, Kalista and Varus are all ADCs that for some reason Pros love, so buffing them may put them on a pick/ban for that. So they are weak for the rest of us but ADCs like Lucian who are good in both pro and for the rest of us need to be nerfed first so those champs that are weak can do better, while all it does in pro is give them more choice.
It's probable that she will get buffed. However I somewhat hope they hold off. Her ultimate is so anti fun and makes it really difficult to dive onto and kill, that thing that you tpically want to do to ADC's. I honestly don't think she's THAT weak and I do still see Xayah's do plenty well quite often.
