Here's why I think is not that good:

Weakest AA
No escape
Q is relatively useless if there are no enemy minions at low health
E is way too mana expensive
E is way too weak
Stationary Ult
Interruptable Ult
To use the Ult properly you either need to use E to slow the enemies down (for a total of 180 mana) or you need someone with a good AoE
The most efficient build on her is the Lethality build (because it focuses on her abilities rather than AA) and that makes you useless once you have runned out of mana
The Crit Build on her is not as effective as on other ADC, so there are no reasons to go for Crit MF

Please notice that I'm a One Trick Pony so I would have no reasons to unfairly criticize her. Also, I'd equally like to have opinions from both players and not.

She has low base AD to balance out her passive damage.

Most traditional ADCs have rather poor escape mechanisms on their own.

Her Q is also useful in short trades as a pseudo-AA reset.

Her ultimate has large damage output to compensate for the fact that she has to be stationary. Good positioning is your friend.

Lethality works because an end-game full lethality build can practically kill squishies with just an AA-Q-AA combo, but that shouldn't discount her crit builds either.

Crit MF is fine. Her ult gets more damage because of it, and the guaranteed crit on Q execution synergizes with Essence Reaver.

If you really wanted to take about a bad ADC, just look at Ezreal.

mf is broken i dont know what the fuck youre on about you just labeled her counterplays i can do that too: Draven -Predictable movements -Need to catch axes -Can easily run out of mana -Shit if behind -No mobility

-E costs lots of mana
R cast time
Can easily die to assassins Edit: Lethality is broken on MF idk what youre on about running out of mana?? stop spamming your abilities going slow? press w no escape? +W?? weakest AA? passive. E is too weak? what other adc has a ranged aoe slow that is point and click Q is useless? and it still is annoying poke Stationary ult? what other adc has a ult that clears teams and can move, with no counterplay You can use ult whenever you want properly, you just need to know when Lethality only good on her? yes, she is an AD caster like

You forgot to mention Game changing ult. It does a lot of damage if the opponents are forced to stand in it via CC or in the jungle.

I am also a mf main, so I will try to answer your question fairly, without the needless criticism.

The reason I don't think mf sucks, is because of the things you mentioned also have an additona benefit.

weakest aa = love tap passive, able to do bonus damage ( scaled of ad )
she has higher base move speed than any champion
Q is great lane bully tool, with free crit
E has amazing range
E is a great way to zone people out, and useful as an escape
ult has one of the highest scalings in game ( able to go up to 3.2k damge if ad, 4k damage if ap )
has amazing range + aoe, and able to cancel it if things go bad
the ult can be used in any teamfight to effectively win it ( again with lots of damage and crit )
built in autoattack speed with w ( up to 70% + )
and she has a varity of build paths you can use on her

and just for clarification, I am also s2 atm

She is stupid strong just go see how i am spamming her in Ascension right now and kicking all those poor Mages and Assassins butts with just 2 Autos and deleting all their team with just her R in teamfights.

Also, when a champion is broken in one mode its likely to be broken in all modes except very few ones.
